You own all the files I make for you, no questions asked. I don't bill for meetings.
I don't bill everytime a client needs a logo emailed to a vendor. I don't have "rush" fees.
I don't have commercial office space, and I don't sub-out jobs. I do make great coffee.

I've worked in, with or around more sales and marketing departments than I can tell you.
I speak your language. Sometimes in my sleep. I probably already know your printer.

In the end, it's not about billable hours or getting the big project. It's about the relationship.
